• The Metro Truck Group offers a full-time paid Metro Development Plan to give recent university graduates the opportunity to develop their skills and put them on track for a fulfilling long-term career within our company
• Through rotational assignments, the plans objective is to strengthen the MDP’s business insight and technical skills as they are exposed to different functions, roles, and businesses within the Metro Truck Group:
  • • Warehouse
    • Parts Department
    • Service Department
    • Sales Department
    • Rentals and Leasing
• While working through the rotational assignments, MDP’s will begin to form a career path within the department they both enjoy and excel in, with the potential to lead to management roles, or opportunities within our operations team
• Along with becoming accustomed with our products, services and processes, MDP’s could visit all locations to be fully immersed in our company culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Be an innovative, flexible team player with a good business insight, high degree of personal initiative, and strong people skills
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Fluent in English
• Required to have reliable transportation to and from work
